I have a couple of carfax runs left on my account. I'll do that for you.

Don't carfaxes cost like 40 bucks...Or $60 for an unlimited membership?..If you're shopping for a car, this would be a no-brainer investment, no?

One thing I learned by not reading the fine print - if you buy the 5 reports for $50, you have to use them within 60 days or they expire. Pretty crappy deal.

With the market the way it is I wouldn't wait days on trying to save myself $40. Pay the money and get it done.

Haha. It's not money. Was just checking if any Rennlisters had access to car faxes. I was more interested in finding more info on options from VIN and now I know the source. It's a moot point as I'm passing on the car.

Is the point mute [refraining from speech or temporarily speechless] or moot ?
[moot point. A debatable question, an issue open to argument; also, an irrelevant question, a matter of no importance. For example, Whether Shakespeare actually wrote the poem remains a moot point among critics, or It's a moot point whether the chicken or the egg came first.]
