Many consider the last 'turbo look' car to be 1994. That description is no longer used by many Porsche circles after the 1994 964 M491 option car as far as I have seen, I have seen registries that also restrict to the 964 or earlier. Just curious what 993 owners think of this? A C4S also has reference to M491 (I believe the C2S is referred to as M495) and are true turbo look cars. Maybe it is because the 993 wide body cars were tagged with an 'S' where previous WB cars didn't get a specific tag like that. Yes this is the least important thread on the board now but maybe you guys have thought on this!
Here's a thought. Regardless of whether it is called an "S" or a "Turbo Look" the wide body variants of just about any model Porsche look damn good! Screw the terminology/labels, enjoy the view instead.
I tried to register my c4s on the german site of TL and asked few questions regarding the total number of C4S X51 were built.
I was kindly replied that couldn't be registered.
Anyway I think is a turbolook
because it has all the gear of the turbo and the Marvelous stance and even cleaner shape.....
sorry I am biased
