I enjoyed talking with you and it sounds like you have found a genuine car.....give it the benefit of its age, drive in a responsible manner and then....pull out the checkbook!!!!! if you are flying that far, then the mating is over...you are just going to see the new smiling Porsche...another Porsche Dad!!!!

Tim was here in Ann Arbor today to look at my car. After looking it over, we went for a lengthy drive in the country. Lots of grins for both of us. I'm happy that he is buying the car - he's a really nice guy who I believe will take good care of it and really love driving it. Hopefully we'll see Tim regularly on Rennlist.
I may have sold my Carrera S, but I'm sure I'll continue to drop by this fine on-line community.
Time to change my avatar to reflect the only Porsche left in my stable - the '87 Carrera.
