Had to pull SW to get tach out. Made sure I did everything properly. No problem with re-install. Take car out, drive for a while, stop and get coffee. When I get back in and start it. Airbag light stayed on. Driving home and about 1/2 mile from where I started car, light goes out. Hook up reader and no codes (sure there's probably not one for AB). When I check "MIL light" status, it says "MIL should be on with engine running". I "clear codes", then it says they were cleared and MIL should be off. Start car and AB light is still on. Thoughts on how to proceed. All I did was (after a couple of hour with battery disconnected) pull airbag, using small slotted SD to start prying as I pulled straight out. Went back fine. Hate thinking thing would go off when it shouldn't.

I found that on Durametric I have to select the airbag module under a 964. Under the 993 menu I get nothing.

Don't have Durametric. Any idea what would cause the light to come on (after I had driven it for a bit) as opposed to the first time starting it, after the R & R? Also, why would it go out after a while? Maybe it's a sign that I need to get rid of the SW and go with a Momo.
