On the inside of the front hood in the corner by the hinges are 2 clear film protective strips. From what I remember these are about 1 ½” long and about ¼” wide. I would appreciate it if someone with these still on their hood could measure and advise the correct placement and the exact measurement. Photo would be great if possible.

HI Rich '95 993:
I checked under the bonnet and the clear strips begin just above what looks like a rivet and approx. 1/8 from edge. Hope this helps.
