Default 993 suspension height

i hear references to stock height, sport height and RS height. Can you 993 guys help me relate that to something I can measure.

I measured from the ground to the top of the fender. 17 inch wheels at 36 psi. No one in the car. Front 26 3/8" and rear 26". Is that stock, sport??

Attached is a picture of where in measured.

Is there a better reference to measure?

The proper measuring points are mentioned in this thread.

Also, nice Targa?

If your car is a US version with original suspension I would say normal USA ride height based on the photo. Euro spec sport height has much less clearance between tire and fender. If the tire barely misses the fender you are close to RS.

See my blog about ride height and suspension options:http://flugplatz911.blogspot.nl/2013...uncovered.html

As a reference some same photo's: first 993 is Euro spec (ROW ) standard height ( which is about 20mm lower than USA spec ).

Second is Euro spec ( ROW ) sport height.

Third is ROW sport -15 mm, which is almost RS height

ROW standard

ROW sport

RS + 10mm

From the pic if I had to guess I would say your car is stock North American ride height.
