Good point, forgot I had to buy boots separately. Also locking plates, in the case of replacing toe control arms. And the supplied bolts were too long and had to be cut down...

OP - If you're confused about what 'extra' bits are needed with the Tarret drop links, I'm sure they'd be happy to answer any questions you might have by phone prior to placing the order.

FWIW, I'm quite happy with my Tarret adjustable rear toe-links so far, but I've only been using them for street driving thus far where adjustable links are largely unnecessary.

Thanks guys for the comments and suggestions.

In terms of the brake line bracket, anybody have a part number for that?

Don't get me wrong. I have no issue with the recent appreciation of our cars values and I read those threads to.

But this reminded me of why I first came here and all the help and support I received while sorting out my first 993.

So let's all hold hands and sing kumbaya.
Well said.

Default Update

Just got the drop links from Ira/Tarett yesterday and installed them last night (super fast shipping, 1 day!). Pics are of the links pre-booties, with booties, and then installed on the car.

Went on a (what the cop who pulled me over this morning would call, "erratic" and "fast") drive to test out the issue, and so far so very good. No thunking/clicking and the ride seems far more precise, stable, and responsive. It seems the old, broken drop links were indeed allowing the sway bar to sag slightly towards the control arm since the Tarett's provided ample clearance when installed and unloaded and even more clearance after loaded.

The all in price with the boots were right around the same price as the OE ones (thanks Spyder and Brian for the heads up), so the Taretts were a no brainer for me.

Thanks all for the assistance! Happy Friday the 13th!

Lookin' good! Sorry to hear about the added premium of a moving violation ticket on top of the upgrade/repair costs.
