Wow!!!
Vince didn't make it Rick-A-Shay , the family showed up on behalf of him that day , the Dad, Mom and Sister are the 3 persons on the right of the first 2 pictures , unvialable
As with others on Rennlist, it is so sad to hear of this accident. Having noticed Rudy's inquiry, I pulled out several photos of his visit to the Bay Area. I did not personally meet Vince so I will leave it to others to identify him in the photos, if present. R.I.P Vince……..

Dammit. I totally remember him now from the tie rod party at Marc's. He was super enthusiastic and a real nice guy. What a shame. I'm sorry we didn't get to hang out for more than an afternoon. RIP buddy.

Aaron here, president of the USC Auto Club. As a close friend I'm so happy and touched to see all of the support he has from everyone here. Details of the accident have been discussed already, and we're really trying to figure out the cause of the incident/smoke since the speeds that were being driven were safe and the car appeared to have handled them fine earlier. We called CHP and paramedics immediately and had aid from nearby bicyclists as well and Vince was responsive for the better part of an hour as he was being extracted from the wreckage until he passed away soon after.
We will be hosting an auto show later in April which we will be dedicating to our friend since he always showed up to our events and cruises with a huge smile and infectuous happiness. I hope to provide more details and ways we can all remember him over the next few weeks. Meanwhile, please join us in keeping him and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult and emotional time.

Thank you for sharing this information. If possible, please share the thoughts on this thread with Vince's family so they know the kind of impact this young man had on this community.
Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the family as well as you and the USC Auto Club that have undoubtedly been affected by this tragedy.

Wow...what a tragedy and waste of potential.
Very sad.
Words will not suffice so I'll just send prayers and positive thoughts to Vince's family and friends...
