Default Specs for engine mount bolts

Hey guys. I've used the search function but gave up after 5 or 10 minutes. Does anyone have the corrects specs for the long through bolts for the RS engine mounts. I've purchased a pair of RS ones from a friend but he needed the bolts. I'm based in NZ so if someone has the correct specs, length etc I'll get some from an engineer.

Cheers

The bolt was not listed in the PET when I looked. Pelican parts says its an M12x105mm, not sure what the shank length is.

It's better to be too long than too short. I usually go longer and get extra washers.

If what is stated above is true, the bolt is a 12mm diameter x 105mm shank length. What's missing is the thread pitch, and you still don't know the bolt hardness, which should be indicated on the hex head.

Just match the pitch between the nut and bolt, either coarse or fine, probably should choose fine. And the end user can figure out the hardness for himself if he's not able to buy the normal mount bolts.

The OP asked for the specs...This is not a substitute method for the fastener specification.

Thanks to P-daddy for posting the complete spec for the bolt...

Unlike SAE fasteners, (which you can measure thread pitch with a scale/ruler) it's next to impossible to measure metric thread pitch without a thread pitch gage. The quote above is a way to "match" a TP, which would give one element (TP) of the complete bolt spec.
