Default Durametric

For those of you who have used a Durametric on their 993's, were you able to get the tool to provide fuel trims or other pertinent "live data" that could be used to diagnose running issues? I'm not having much luck with mine. But, then again, I am computer challenged.

Ernie,
Search the threads on the Durametric...Your stated problem has been discussed and there are some "things" to try to get connectivity to the live data.

Sorry, I cant remember off the top of my head.

I get that. I, too, can connect the Durametric to my DME. And, I do not need to hit my remote to get the data. I can pull up data such as the O2 sensor voltages. But, what I wan to look at are fuel trims. Incidentally, the immobilizer has been defeated in my car, as well. So, you should be able to hook up the Durametric and get instant access.

regarding the fuel trims you should be able to see the tra and fra values for each bank. tra is adaption near idle and fra is under load.

for some reason on my 993 i have to use the remote to access the dme.
