FYI, after being told by several reputable shops that my SAI error code could only be fixed by unclogging and/or rebuilding - $800 to $10,000...

I took it to Bergman Autowerks in Manassas VA and Dave didn't automatically assume the dreaded clog problem. He diagnosed and diagnosed and finally found the pump was old and had cracked or something so wasn't pumping right. Total bill was only like $500 for lots of diagnosis and his time. He is extremely knowledgeable and is my new and forever go-to shop for my 993 cab. I am soooo happy with his work ethic and honesty, but I digress...

Anyway, this is just to say that you shouldn't automatically starting paying for high dollar clean-outs and rebuilds - it could just be an old pump!!

Yup, I drove it for several trips before I would believe it was fixed! Still don't get CEL! My cab is arena red too
