lights flashing ??????
I park the car locked the alarm system on a
95 993 with factory alarm.
and when i returned the four corner signals
were flashing with the interior dome lights
alternating. Dome lights then signal lights
I re-armed the system and it was fine.
What is this?
Why?
Did someone try to break in while i was gone?

Hi
My guess is that your alarm was triggerd for some reason while your car was parked. Not necesserely by someone who was trying to steal it. I have a strange behavior in my 993TT - When it's really hot outside, my alarm can go off without anyone even touching the car... Someone told me that it's a known problem with the movemwnt sensor in the coupe but, I haven't been able to get that confirmed. Maybe someone else have experienced this!?

I have the interior movement sensor and have never exeperienced this. I do know that the interior dome light will come on, not flashing, if the trunk is not closed when the car is unlocked. Maybe locked, it does the flash thing too.
