My 1997 C2S needs the emissions check done on it this month and the Check Engine Light is on - codes showing the dreaded secondary air injection system is blocked due to carbon buildup. I've searched the forums for different options and the bypass circuit sounds like something I'd like to try. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find the diagrams or schematics on how to build it.

Does anyone have the information I need to build this? The local dealer here in Orem, Utah changed it's quote to clean the system from an initial $450 to over $4600. I'm looking for any way around this.

Any help would be appreciated.
