Default DIY front brakes?

I couldn't find anything in the DIY section. Appreciate any good links. I am replacing front pads and rotors.

Here is one.

very basic, not much different from any other brake job.

I've read that it's actually easier than some other vehicles. Shouldn't be too tough.

The Bentley 993 manual would be a useful addition to your library.

The 993 brakes are about as easy as it gets. Dual bleeder screws makes bleeding a snap too

I just use some groove-joint pliers to get the spring clips open and a small pry bar to get the calipers back in place, using the pad backing plate as a pry point. I don't think I have ever owned a car where I could swap pads out faster.

Default Bluetooth radio head for 993?

Can someone recommend a decent Bluetooth radio head for a 993 to replace the alpine 7807? Prefer something with ***** for volume and tuning.

Bandwidth is pretty cheap here. No need to post a totally unrelated question in a thread. Doesn't help in future searches either.

Default Rubbing sounds

I hear some rubbing sound coming from my new pads. When I installed them I wondered what causes the pads to retract after application. What should I look for?

Yeah I thought I had opened a new thread. Using my small phone screen. Thanks for stating the obvious nonetheless.
