One of the truisms of life is that everyone has a story to tell, the problem is that people believe they don't have time to listen. And that's unfortunate, because people's lives and experiences are quite entertaining and enlightening. And you knew someone as colorful as Ray would have quite a story. Thanks for the fun read.

Great read..I read that article before in the"Rundshau", but it was nice to read it again.I am from that era and had number 36 in that lottery.I was fortunate to be sent to Germany where I fell in love with these great machines.Life has a strange wayof turning out.

Hello Rennlist Community. I purchased Ray Calvo's Silver 1976 911S a couple years back and was hoping to learn more about him. I was told he wrote some articles for PCA and such and was wondering if anyone has a copy of any of them or information about the car.
