I just had the ride height adjusted and corner balance re-done. I picked it up late yesterday and after looking at the numbers this morning I'm concerned about the variations. How much is acceptable for weight difference on the four corners? Here are the details.
- half tank of fuel (forgot to fill up - doh!)
- Front height set to 137mm
- Rear height set to 120MM
- 190lbs in driver seat
- Left Front 623lbs and Right Front 637lbs
- Left Rear 1,025lbs and Right Rear 962lbs
Is this in a acceptable range or is there too much variation?
Thanks,
Buck

What you didn't provide is the actual ride height, side to side. That variance is not too bad, front is fine perhaps somewhat high in the rear, but it depends on the ride height. If it was set to be identical, side-to-side, then the car was not really corner balanced.
You have to compromise between balanced weight and equal ride height. As I recall, you would want to stay within ~1/4" in height and get the best weight balance you can, within that allowance. If the heights are identical, you should tweak one side to improve the corner balance.

The left front is 1.5mm higher than the right front and the right rear is 1.5mm higher than the left rear. I may have writen these down backwards but I don't think so.
