Chris, you might want to change your wording from "minimum bid of $80K" to "asking $80K", otherwise they'll delete this post
Rennlist is eBay, but you need to start with a "whats my car worth" post that the moderators won't enforce

OP: Your license plate says "LAST 911." As we all established in the last thread on this car, Jerry Seinfeld has the LAST 911. I am outraged by this flagrant misrepresentation.
Kidding! KIDDING!!! Glad you updated and disclosed. GLWS

I can't stand when people who have no interest in purchasing said car feel the need/desire to $hit on peoples for sale ad. I understand the bidding offers and that should probably be corrected but why the need to pick apart the sellers vehicle and make a list of his so called negatives? He can ask what he wants. If you aren't in the market for said vehicle just pass by the thread after you read it. I am planning on selling my C4S and things like this really make me consider not listing it here on Rennlist. OP GLWS.

regardless, best of luck to all looking to cash out.
***willing to trade a two incident dirty carfax(both minor), much paintwork, but definately a 3 footer looker...absolutely smokin running 97 4S for a 10 GT3 RS + cash...from the person trading the 10 RS that is. Seems fair in today's market to me. Will consider PCCB's at a deduction, grey exterior preferred.
what the hell...worth a shot

eta: I've removed the original post because on second thought; the seller is doing the correct thing and all I'm doing is rehashing what anyone who wants to buy the car can see and decide on for themselves.

All I can say is great, informative "for sale ad". The body work pics are really cool to see. Hard to believe we're seeing a seller show the accident shots, the "in the shop" body work shots as well as the glorious finished product. Typically in a car ad we have to leave this all to our imagination. Neat to see the ... "rest of the story".
All I can add to this is... I didn't expect the selling price to be $80k for a tip with very shiny wheels (not to my personal taste but beauty is in the eye of the beholder) but I hope to heck you get what you're asking for it. I had to do a double take when I saw the $80k listed as I thought your asking price was significantly less in your last post. I actually gulped when I read it.
Maybe I can sell my 96 6 sp with 110k miles one day for ... I don't know, $48k? WOWEE! I'd probably run right out and buy a 2009 911 Turbo in silver or grey with black interior, tip of course, and be happy as a clam. In fact, this day may not be too far off.
Did you also list your car in cars.com and fleabay? Would highly recommend it if it doesn't sell here fairly quickly.
Best regards,
Steve
