I installed a shock tower brace in the C2S the other day and noticed, or should say didn't notice, something.
On the front trunk cowling (the trunk-width black plastic piece where it latches), on the passenger side near the fender, there's a blank rectangular space approximately 2" wide and 1.5" tall, and it has a slightly different texture from the rest of the cowling. It suddenly looked bare to me and I was wondering if there is some kind of sticker that's supposed to be there. Can someone look at their 993 trunk cowling and let me know if a sticker has fallen off of mine? If so, what sticker is it?
It's for the first aid kit location sticker [kit not required in the USA] - available from Porsche 993 002 722 00.
I think the stickers are about $6.00 each.
