I believe that's where Mike Schatz ( owner of www.schatzmotorsport.com and well respected p-car tuner ) works. If I were to go to Rusnak, I'd probably ask for Mike to work on my car only. Or you could probably just contact Mike directly and bypass the stealer all together.
I know of a Rusnak Porsche/Audi/BMW dealer here in Westlake Village (and they have another facility in, uh, Pasadena?), but they are not an independent shop by any means. And you have to book your oil change appts two weeks in advance! Way too busy.

Ah..Schatzmotorsport, that's what I tried to think of.
Yes, the Rusnak Dealer in Westlake is the one where Mike Schatz works. If you would like him to do work for you apart from the dealership, you can try contacting him through his website: http://www.schatzmotorsport.com/
He's never worked on my car, but I did meet him once at a track thingie at WillowSprings. Apart from his reputation of being very knowledgable, he loves talking porsches, sharing his experiences/expertise, and just seems like a real stand-up kind of guy.
