Picked up a rear light harness for the purpose of using the rear fogs as addl brake lights. Wondering if anyone has a source for the mating connector for the round one that i have.

I'm thinking about the same additional brake light conversion. It's my plan to use the bulb sockets from the harness pictured and wire them in parallel to the existing brake light circuit, probably connecting to the left brake light wiring. In this case the connector you're asking about is discarded. A two wire disconnect should be used so the center reflector can be removed without drama. Perhaps others have a more elegant solution. I'm using Tores LED bulbs so am not too worried about additional current draw on the circuit.

I'm interested in feedback from other Rennlisters on the OP topic. I'm considering the same conversion and wonder if there are better solutions out there.

OP, if the harness is a Porsche part, did you check with your dealer? Last year I broke an electrical connector on my Audi and the dealership was able to identify and provide a replacement connector at a very reasonable cost.
