Weird horn problem...
I did a search, but couldn't find ANYTHING about this.
Just kidding.
I do have a question about the horn problem. Could the torx bolts in the SW hub being overtightened be the cause of an overly sensitive horn? It seems like they would be pulling the airbag section of the SW too close to the retaining ring and causing the horn to be activated too easily?
Just a thought before I venture all the way in there.

IIRC, the flexible rubber grommets on the frame have steel sleeves in them through which the torx bolts pass. This prevents pinching the grommets down if the Torx bolts are over-tightened...
