Not really sure I understand what you're saying here.
There's a car locally that has this exact issue. A specialty shop had a look and essentially shrugged their shoulders at the car. Their alignment didn't address it. Could you expand on what you're saying?

The rear kinematic toe was off. I believe that someone tried to align the car before thinking the kinematic adjuster was actually for the camber.
