I drove to Rennline headquarters last year and bought the dead pedal in black. It fits and looks oem, you can't go wrong with this option...much more comfortable resting your foot as well.

I'm looking at group buy options between Ultimate Pedals and SRP Pedals.

Ultimate Pedals: http://www.ultimatepedals.com/catalo...?cPath=135_382
SRP Pedals: http://www.srpracing.com/pd_993.cfm

Both look to offer tons of options for 993 owners and have happy customers on RL.

For those interested in a group buy, which pedals do you prefer?

Do these require any mods (drilling holes, etc) that are not fully reversible should one want to go back to oem?

they are drilled and screwed on. That said, the brake and clutch are covered with a rubber pad in stock form, so if you put that back on you don't see the hole.

the gas pedal is plastic and can be replaced if you decide to remove the metal pedal

Have you looked at Techart? I have had them on the car for 10+ years and they are great.

I like the SPR ones, almost ordered them in the past.
