Hi!
I ran over something on I-94. Whatever it was cracked the bottom portion of my bumper.
Before I go buy a stock piece ... do I have aftermarket choices?
Thanks!
BOB

Another Chicago guy, Welcome!
Check out the link in my sig. below. It is a Techart bumper, not cheap but different. Another popular choice is the RS bumper. check out www.carnewal.com. Turbo bumpers will also fit. Many aftermarket co. sell various styles but sometimes the prep work needed to get a aftermarket body part to fit will be the same cost as the body part. There is a great company near Ohare airport. Ohare Auto Body. They did some paint work on my car as well as several other Porsche owners I know. Very good attetion to detail. They do high end autos. They may even be able to fix your bumper. They are hosting a tech clinic Nov 2 in conjunction with Midwest Eurosports for Chicago PCA

I just replaced my rear bumper cover (parking lot ding, covered by insurance) and I went with the Euro rear cover from Gert. It was actually cheaper from Gert than the US piece from the dealer! And you get it in a couple of days. I'm really pleased with it. If I ever have to replace the front bumper I'd definitely go with the RS or something similar from Gert. Good luck.

Your car looks great! Does the Techart front bumper require any additional lights/grills/etc or do the original lights/grills fit without a problem. Also, was the bumper a simple installation or did the front on the vehicle require some modification for proper fitment.
Thanks

Bob,
What color is your car? Check the post below. Rick's RS kit might work for you.
