PSS10 install help please
Hello everyone -
I am attempting to install the front PSS10s with Rennline camber plates. I have one installed in the car and I am attempting to tighten the spring nut at the top.
As I try to tighten the spring nut, the strut below just rotates. Do I need to hold the strut with an allen key and then tighten the spring nut (using the Hazet tool or something similar)?
What is the appropriate torque setting? I have seen a few different numbers.
As always any help is appreciated. Thanks.

you need the ride height spring collars all the way to the bottom so the spring is not putting pressure on the nut. this is easier to do while the assembly is not installed on the vehicle.
with rennline's fancy new 19mm top nut(Tosi's trademark is stamped on it if you look close) you can use the harbor freight tool item #67974 and a 7mm allen to torque it down.
toque values for the pss10 is on page 2 of the manual, M14 is 72Nm/54ft lb.
tough to do with item 67974, but it torques against the strut shoulders so a solid guddentight should work.
for orientation, on the rennline camber plate instruction sheet, the optional holes for normal(<2.0) and max camber(>2.0) face toward the center of the car.
