Johnson's Alignment in Torrance. 310.370.6301 Ask for Steve. He did my PSS9 install and align/corner balance for a very reasonable price. Always have been happy with his alignment work.

Steve is brief with his words but very straight forward. Shocks/springs installation+alignment=$450, Bars installation=$100, corner balance=$125.
No Kinematic toe adjustment though as he said not needed for typical case.

You can also try Darin Nishimura @ Westend Alignment in Gardena. Darin used to work at Steve's shop for fourteen years and has a ton of experience working on 911s (he did mine for a few years). He now has his own shop (since 2000). Darin is very easy going and is sometimes open on Saturdays:
