A friend of mine is considering buying a 96 Cab advertised on eBay.

Jade Green 96 Cab

The car is a very unusual "Jade Green" with Satellite Grey interior and is being sold by Memorial 1 Motorcars, 7955 Katy Freeway, Houston. Supposedly, it is a local car.

Does anyone know of this car and its history? Any experience with Memorial 1 Motorcars? Any reccommendations for a PPI? My friend lives in California so any help is appreciated.

Hey. Memorial 1 seems to have had that car forever.

Most of there cars are consignments. I've heard several 'stories/rumors' about their cars being voodoo doo doo. I almost bought a black 96 coupe but car was 'funny'.

Princeton I just got back home Last night I fired up the queen and took it for a spin Ahhhh those RSR's sound so good! I'm in love once again! When I came back I spend a good 20 minutes in the garage looking at her. After being away for 4 months you quickly realize that the day to day nightmares that our jobs bring are all worth it! Can't imagine life without her... The track meister awaits my arrival as soon as my back gets straight again... 5 star hotel bed in Vancouver did a number on my lower back I hope I'll be able to go there on thursday! I received my confirmation for the August 16th DE! I can't wait...although it sucks we are only going to drive the 1.8 track I was hoping to try a new setup on the car and see my lap times...Oh well!

It would be fun to hook up for a lunch or something and then go all together and terrorize the poor guy!
