Probably in stages. I had to put 2x6 ramps under my car then jacked it up to the lowest esco height and put the stands under. Once it's on all 4 stands, could be easy to just lift it up again and adjust the stands as you go. I don't think my floor jack goes that high though.

Esco sells stands that include both the flat top and the axle type posts. The axle type ends are good in case you have a truck or other vehicle that is more suited to that type of end

I had contacted another supplyer here and by the time they imported them to canada thru "Myers Tire Supply" they were 395$ plus tax made them 446.
I ended up not getting any and going with the puck top option. sgreen@myersinternational.com
This was a royal pain of research and calling everyone around taking months to sort out.
most guys buy to the border shipping depot and go get them.
Unfortunately shipping small quantities to Canada is pretty expensive. Depending on location, our costs run $55 - $70/pair. On the "positive" side - that's express shipping and it's cheaper than ground. It's actually cheaper than express shipping to places like Northern California ($55 for ground).
