Anyone know the part number for the wire retainer clip shown here? This mounts on the front shock and holds the brown ABS ground (?) wire. (photos courtesy of crw in the Koni FSD install thread). I don't see this identified in either the PET or WSM
Having a similar problem here. Found that the black bracket holding the white plastic barrel cylinder part onto the strut had fallen off, and after who knows how many thousands of miles of hanging free, the brown ground wire had broken off at the barrel body.
Anyone have part numbers for the bracket and white barrel item? As Marty says -- this stuff (so far as I've been able to find) is not in the factory manuals.
NP - Not sure about the round, white ABS connector, that might be part of a wiring harness. The black enclosures used to secure the ABS connector to the shock are (just quoted from Sunset):
Qty 1 ea - 928 612 531 00 (left front ABS connector housing for shock absorber) $5.51
Qty 1 ea - 928 612 531 01 (right front ABS connector housing for shock absorber) $5.51
Suspect this is part of the ABS wiring harness 964 612 184 01 "wiring harness anti-lock brake system brake pad wear indicator" on PET / katalog, illustration 902-15, pos. 6... If so, not cheap. Or maybe part of the assembly kit, 964 612 984 00, same page, just after pos. 7, a lot cheaper at about $13.
Looks like I'll be using the original clips. Sunset tried to no avail - it may come with the harness or the install kit - there is one kit in Germany, not worth the wait.
I have some used you can have for the cost of shipping. PM me if you are interested, however I suspect you wanted new ones to finally beat that other guy in the concurs show...

The part number the small white clip with the push pin that holds the brown ground wire is 999 591 932 40.
For some reason it doesn't appear on the 993 parts list, but its on the 964 list.
