Neat car. I remember a very colorful exchange here between owners...

Wonder why it can't find a good home.

IIRC, that sold a couple of years ago for just under $50K. Personally, I love it.

Very cool car and it appears to be a great price... if there's no issues. Fortunately for me it's red, reducing the urge to sell the C4S to make room. If it was silver or blue, i'd be at home preping my car for the next owner and trying to figure out how to convince the wife that WE NEED IT.

While I get the enthusiasm for these seemingly properly highly modified cars, I wonder what the owner use case becomes? Cuz you are NOT going to be driving on the street. And you are likely NOT going to be going faster overall on track than if you developed your skills in a Spec Miata.

So they kinda get traded around, and what were once state-of-the-art mods (Moton Clubsports) are now obsolete, unserviceable units that need complete replacement.

Dream all you want. Just make you don't end up with a nightmare--same car built off a 996 Turbo chassis?

Thanks for bringing me back to reality. I can't dissagree with one thing you stated.

You reminded me of the first time I drove a Lambo Countach... the dream turned out to be a bit of a nightmare in the real world.

Heck I recently took the supercups off my car and put the stock motor sound mufflers back on because it was too loud for my 3yr old son. I'm happy with what I have now...

Now if you said you wanted this car IN ADDITION.........

See, everyone needs a vertical collection of 911s. Right?

So what I really need is a bigger garage... and the money to fill it.

Can't imagine that this car can be used as a daily. Work was done by a reputable shop unless further mods messed it up and it's a paperweight today.

I started with a single 911 back in '80. Actually didn't own more than one (discounting cars bought/abandoned to me to flip) until about 10 years later. 3+ was only since about 2000.

Goals, everyone. Goals. Though I'll admit it's seemingly getting harder by the month.

Ken, Moton's can still be serviced by Moton/AST in Texas. Just had mine done this past December.

We went around on this recently. Clubsports or Motorsports? If Clubsports, then TWO ex-sellers/servicers of the product have given me incorrect information.
