Can someone help me with the part number of an under body fastener? It fastens a piece of plastic right in front of the rear passenger side jack point, its a phillips head screw with a washer attached. I would attach a pic but it's telling me I can't..

Take off the one next to it and go to a local harware store. A real hardware store, not Home Depot or Lowes. My local hardware store carries one almost exactly like it.
