OK, here ya go...

There is nothing subtle about these tips or the sound they make. It is a howl when you get on it and surprising quite when cruising. They do seem to hang down due to the fact that they are round and I have some scraping due to a very steep driveway... but it only shows on the bottom...

Do they resonate in car? Does it sound louder than stock? If so then by how much?

They do not necessarily resonate because they are not really under the main part of the car. they are definitely louder that stock and really sound good in the 4000 + RPM range when everything kicks in. If your are use to riding in a 73db environment these are not for you. I do drive daily with them and am in the phone constantly... When passing, the person on the other end of the phone can tell something is going on! They do have a deep baffled sound...not tinny or hollow.
