I bought a 1995 993 Cabriolet last fall, drove it a few weeks, and then put it into hibernation. I finally woke it up a couple of days ago and took it for a long drive to the SoBo (South Boston) cars and coffee this morning. Since no introduction is complete without pictures, here are some fresh ones of my car. Note there was a beautiful condition 1965 356 parked next to my car.

It is in Tiverton, RI, south of Boston, not south Boston. Organizers plan to have this event there every month. There were 33 cars there today with lots of friendly people. Below are some pictures of some of the other cars there.

Thanks! The concept of 'interior' is a bit tenuous in a cabriolet, but I know what you mean . I'll post some pics as soon as I install my new shift ****.

Good to know. I was perplexed as I live in South Boston and we definitely don't have any wooded areas like that! Funny thing is I am originally from Portsmouth, RI - right across the river from Tiverton. We make it down there on the weekends in the summer so maybe I will see you there one morning!

Welcome! One of the few ways to make a 993 look better in a photo.....put a gorgeous 356 next to it! Would love to have an old 356 some day. That red one in some later photos...mmmmm!

I have been looking for a white turbo with blue interior for 24 months and no luck that combo just looks bewwtifuull

 

but Rudy...Turbo's have tails, and I thought you didn't like 993's with em on it. Now that could start a slippery slope. Good luck with the continued search.

Beautiful car!...I was looking at a Cab with the same color combo but with Turbo Twists. I ended up with my Arena Red/Tan Top car which just so happens to be the EXACT car in the pic with yours. It's actually the only other AR cab with tan top I've seen besides mine. Do you happen to know the owner? If so have them PM me, I'd love to chat with them.
