Kim,
I used BAXGlobal (1 800 Bax global or www. Baxglobal.com) to ship my DAS bar to Fl. I think it was 80.00 and it did not have to be packaged! They will charge 25.00 extra for home delv. but business to business is normal charge. Much cheaper than fedex, ups, airborne ect. Very good service and great rates for large packages

Another suggestion would be Airborne Express Ground Service. Incredibly cheap. I would probably have it strapped to a wooden pallet for shipment.

Kim,
I have used Forward Air. You might give them a try.
