Yep, typical rust at the windshield on the left hand side. Pictures show it being repaired, but it is plain as day in the Wheeler Dealer episode, and they never talked about repairing it.

Wheeler Dealers has bought and sold lots of cars with rust bubbles over the years. Often they will repair the heavier rust but I've seen many times small rust bubbles not being addressed. Not that they like it but I think many English buyers accept a bit of rust as coming with the territory on certain cars.
