What's horrible? I think that is a relative word. The M030 suspension, with Bilstein or otherwise, is pretty firm riding and may or may not be the right choice for you if you are concerned about ride quality. Do you have stock suspension now? If so, how is the ride with that setup? If it is borderline for you, the M030 (ROW or otherwise) will be worse.

At any rate, you cannot lower a car and not expect it to ride firmer or harsher. Having said that, and if you are concerned with ride qualities, I would stick with the ROW M030 springs and Bilstein HD shocks. You can always lower the car a bit less than most do as you have full height adjustment.
