993 RL SoCal group at Mar 1 Irvine Cars & Coffee??
It's been floated here on another thread, about a possible run to Irvine on Mar 1. With this terrible winter in SoCal, we'd have to chance the weather.
EDIT- Just looked at extended forecast-wouldn't you know it, 90% chance of rain that day! Sheesh, that would mean like two days this winter.....
Well, I'll throw this up anyway, as a 7 day out forecast is pretty iffy.
I'd propose the SD contingent meets at the rest stop on I-5 a few miles north of Oceanside for wheels up departure at 5:45am, to ensure an open spot for multiple cars.
(we usually grab the back two rows)
Let's see how it shaped up weather-wise this week.

You can always head over to Scottsdale--the Gainey Ranch C&C had (according to my friend, one of the organizers) in excess of 400 last month. No idea how many Porsches, and when I was there last in December there was but a lone 993..........
At least I'll have a Porsche of my own there this time. Our '06 325i was parked way out of the way, to definitely be confused with a breakfast patron at the Paradise Bakery. (But we did follow an Enzo into the parking lot.)

Does the Irvine Cars and Coffee happen every saturday morning? Just curious as my wife and I will be in pasedena from Mar 3-9th and would love to stop by a proper c and c!
