Originally I wanted to attend but last minute obligations. I would however still enjoy an Austin meet and cruise. Never cruised through Austin hill country in my 993.

Opo and I just exchanged PMs and it looks like we really don't have enough interest for this sunday. Let's shoot for the March Cars and Coffee - maybe start out with a leisurely cruise up state rd 130, C&C at Oasis and then a run to the hill country for a couple of hours of twisties. I live just a few miles away from cars and coffee. I will be there regardless. If you come early they will group us together.

I'll be there 2/9 as well. How many were you guys l hoping would come? We have four total if stace and opo come too.

A route I still haven't done is "The Devil's Backbone". ...Incidentally, also a great belgian trippel.

since its a bit of a distance and now last minute i think I will pass. have a good time and I'd like to plan on March. Devils Backbone (route and brew!) sound perfect. and Rudy (Opo) will have his latest 993 by then to show off. if that works for everyone we can plan the details. so... St rd 130, C&C, lunch, Devils Backbone, brew stop. a full day of 993 fun on March 9th. look forward to meeting everyone!

Btw it was crazy today. Rumor was discovery channel was there. Over 800 cars and about 50 or so Porsches.

 

I think i saw you leaving the parking garage. That was nutso! The parking attendant said there were about 2k cars!
