Default Turbo Twist wheel paint question

I currently have my original wheels off the car.

The outside of the rims is fine - so the rims don't need a refinishing

On the inner part of the rim (the duller finish), I have a few area that need touch up and clean up. One I get the tar, grime and old weights off the rims:

Any recommendations with regard to:

cleaning products - simple green, light abrasive?

paint? (there is one wheel I may want to spray the interior rim

Send them to Wheels America in Buena Park, CA. For about $139 a wheel..they split the freight with you, they will refinish the wheels in and out to new condition. I wouldn't screw around with cleaners, etc. They'll never be as good as they would from Wheels America.

The marks on the inner aspects of the wheels are minimal and can barely be seen when mounted on the car.

The outer portion (with clear coat are like new).

The wheels don't need to be refinished - that would be way overkill.

I am just looking for the best paint for match and quality for minor touch up.

mask the lips then use automotive filler on any deep scratches and sand... then scuff, prep wipe & paint. Prep work is the key. These were hand scuffed and painted and look 100% perfect.

Just some good elbow grease should work for cleaning. Wurth silver is a good match.
