I've never seen one. Neat idea, though.

Seems crazy one doesn't exist, my Alfa spider had a beautiful wood **** with the Alfa logo and it looked great, just one of the many cars I wished I had kept

That Rennbay one should fit. I have the wood shifter like yours and my leather shift pattern was all worn out too. I bought the aluminum traditional shift pattern and it popped right in perfect fit. All you have to do is stick a razor blade carefully on a side of that leather piece and it will pop right up. You will be amazed at how tiny it is. It is basically a piece of cardboard with a thin piece of leather covering it. The dark one with the logo will look nice IMO.

Awww man, why did you show that to me!, that looks great I have a rootwood shift **** and same thing with mine. (exact as the OP). I'd love to replace it but popping $30 for an insignia just makes me feel stupid...

I've pulled the leather/card board gear pattern inlay off one of these factor root wood shifters as well.
The inlay on the shifter is not very deep. As far as I can tell, the wood **** is somehow molded over the metal interior construction. I really don't see any way to modify it to accept the crest inlay posted above. The portion of the logo that recesses into the **** appears to be much deeper than the little recess on the root wood **** - which is really only meant to accommodate the little leather/card board pattern.
