some rennlister did a photo breakdown, for tearing apart Hard Back Sport seats. I can't seam to find it. I have a rock in the seat backs, typical on both...that has driven me nuts for years. It is the same in both seats, and appears to come from the bottom portion of the tilt mechanism.

Anyway, the search did bring up some classic old threads...

anyone write that sport seat thread down, remember who, etc...?

Well that worked great, I think I'll try. I've been searching for a thread where someone provided photos of replacing only the rubber end on a tie rod instead of the whole assembly, a much cheaper alternative. Can't find it. Thank you!

It's not in that thread Chris. The particular write up I'm looking for, had multiple detailed pictures on complete disassembly of the seat, not just the back.
