I have a re-gear plan in the works and was able to get a lead on the full gear set for a G50/21 euro box.

I plan to do gears, steel synchros, new motorsport bearings/cages, and LSD.

Is it a bad idea to install used gears? If not, what should I look for when examining pictures from the seller?

Since this is likely in the several grand range maybe a ppi from a indy who has gearbox experience could make sense?
