My 95 993 directional bulb appears to be loose and when turning the turn signal it flashes rapidly. Take the bulb holder out remove the bulb and then tighten it allows it to work fine. Then either hitting a bump in the road causes the problem to reoccur. Cant see a way of getting bulb to fit tighter, tried some dielectric grease nothing works. Is it better to get a new bulb holder cut the wires and splice a new one in? Appreciate any help

Switch sides to find out if the holder is bad, if yes then order a new one.
