VIN numbers not matching?

VIN numbers not matching?
Hello, just wondering if anyone here has encountered this problem....
looked at a 993 today and saw that the VIN on the sticker under the hood, was different from the VIN on the car body and on the driver side's dash.
The number ended in a ....95 on the sticker, instead of a ....59.
I have read posts saying that the option codes were wrong, but not the VIN itself.
Any thoughts?

Burning Brakes
Was hood ever replaced? Accident history? Paint code correct? Options correct? Typ correct? If it's JUST the last 2 (position 16-17), chances are it could be a print error. Door and plate match? Only the hood decal is different? Possibly from replacement decal printed incorrectly.

Yes I believe the options match. It could be a replacement sticker. No accidents but I don't have a paint meter. The hood looks original to me. I was just wondering if mighty Porsche AG could ever have made a typo. It is just the last two digits reversed.
