964 Fenders and headlights on a 993 body, possible?

First... Why?
Secondly, You would have to do some major sheet metal modifications. The hoods are the same however where the front of the hood latches is about 2" lower in the 964 over the 993. You would have to change nearly everything from the firewall forward.

I remember seeing spy photos of the 993 before it was released with that configuration taped on. It was less then good looking.

Flame-suit on this time!
The reason I wanted to do it was because I had a 993 rolling chassis collecting dust with a damaged front fender. I personally am a much bigger fan of the 964 front end but don't mind the wideness of 993 rear end.
Everyone can breath again though, I sold the 993 chassis.
