Hi I had some work done on my Iris Blue 96 targa, usual rust - scuttle, windscreen surround etc and the (insert name here) Porsche shop repainted the wings, bonnet, doors.
On the overcast day I picked it up it look ok, just blue.
In the sunshine it seems they forgot the “Iris” part.
can anyone recommend a UK paint shop that could fix this?
Take it back to the shop and make a complaint. That's not acceptable at all.
I have no intimate knowledge of those paints but this looks like they have used wrong paint code. That looks like Ocean Blue. Or does the iris blue pearl have some kind of special lacquer that should be sprayed over the paint?
