My 993 RSCS tribute car... As Features in Excellence
#61
Truly an epic build with great taste! I'm finally starting to further modify my 993 as it is currently at the body shop, so your inspiration and fearless approach to build what you want keeps the fire lit for me.
Can't wait to see the GT3 center muffler mod. I'm currently doing the same on my '70 911 with the bypass valves.

I am not sure if they have an online version, I will check...

I've been on a few app store newstands also and can't find it.
Otherwise I have a very good friend in Canada who I meet up with once/twice a year so I can get him to collect a copy. Would like to read your story.

Hey Gerry..
The next article is in the hands of the editor, the goal at the moment is for every second magazine, of course when the winter editions only come out once every 2 months is seems slow.....

When are you going to chassis dyno the car. You have my dream cheater engine for club racing.........what ecu chip or tune are you utilizing. Often an adjustable fuel regulator can get you the fuel if she runs lean. I have an Andial regulator and flywheel degree blocks
Too bad you are far away and in our 51st state!

It's all good Doug, only came to the news stands last week
Very true... I will have to relearn the car, it's been so long.
Just working with the tuner at the moment on timing.....I have a ViPec ECU (Like Motec, also from Down Under). I have enough adjustability and a wideband O2 to keep me out of trouble, so running lean won't be an issue. The ecu gives me way more control, including tons of injector options that you just cannot use with the stock motronic.
I have a few friends trying to convince me to go Black on the wheels.... We will just have to wait and see.
us 993 guys have to stick together, and keep the water cooled brigade at bay with what ever tricks we can muster

I find black cool also. It is retro Fuchs-like. I always liked the Fuchs wheels on the 911...
