A bit late to the party but a huge congrats on the wicked build and the Excellence feature. After all of the research and effort you've put into this machine you deserve many happy miles (and laps!!) behind the wheel.
Now I need to stay away from this thread before I get the itch to buy another 993

I have a set of your headers, they were modified with v-band clamps and a custom set of mufflers (Actually 2 small resonators). Is is crazy loud, in the car at WOT it is around 108db..... Outside it must be well over that.
I have picked up a 2010 GT3 Center muffler that I am going to use for the days I need it a little quieter. I am going to set up the vacuum valves so that around town it will be using the full gt3 muffler (Has quite a long path and smaller pipes) then when over 60% throttle and above 4000 rpm it will go straight through, it will also have a bypass switch on the dash so it can go straight through when ever I want
The new one will also use v-band clamps so I can switch back and forth as desired.
Here are some pics of the current setup.. Check out the quality of the welds... My friend that did the work is an artist.

Congratulations on getting this completed, Steven. Nice that you had a bit of good weather before winter, to try it out.
Were the pics taken on the Old Banff Coach Road?
