Default Seat padding search

Did some searching in the PET but could not find any part numbers. I want to replace the tired worn out padding beneath my drivers seat bottom.
Does anyone know the part numbers for the standard type seats?
Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

I'm not sure there is such a thing. I had mine replaced at Autobahn Interiors in San Diego. Tony is one of, if not THE best, Porsche interior guy in the country. He cuts his own foam.

You will find a MY1985-1998 seats catalog on the stuttcars website. 993 seats seem to start about page 550, and on page 564 - maybe 993-521-385-07 for LHS cushion?

FWIW, Ed Hughes approach (above) is best. When I last bought cushions I was told by Porsche that there were no more driver side cushions (at least for sport seats) anywhere in the world. I bought a passenger side cushion and had it cut on the side for seat controls. Maybe Autobahn (or some other experienced shop) would cut and sell the cushions.

Dude, how much upholstery experience do you have? Yes, you can buy the material, but just have someone do it. I know being DIY is cool and all but fitting seats is tough to make look good. Listen to Ed. my .02

Thanks for the advice and the links. Originally I did plan on the DIY approach, but I will look at an installer. Just wanted to make it easier if I had acquired the correct padding.
