'95 C2 on eBay - $18,9 BIN
Seems at least $5K too cheap, no details and brand new seller: <http://ebayitem.com/261295814412>
Anyone know this car or live nearby?

'SOLD' twice before earlier this month. Checking the VIN for another of his sales for a Dodge Sprinter van pulls up a dealer ad in MA using the same photos. Very suspicious so tread cautiously.

It looks like since someone put a bid on it the Buy it now went away?
Some red flags for buyers;
New ebay seller with zero feedback
There is no "I" in the description so this is a reseller, on consignment or scam
"I can facilitate transportation all over US and international." Would indicate that the seller knows what he is doing, yet, it is priced way under market.
"The interior is very nice and original, seats, dash, carpets, etc are all in great shape and are in perfect working." This is an un-finished sentence written in a hurry or cut and pasted from somewhere else either way it doesn't make much sense.
My scam alert would be very high on this car, but what the heck. A phone call is free.
Also, the BIN went away as someone bid? Is that right? I thought you had to have a certain feedback to be able to put up a BIN listing or has that changed? Was this car ever really BIN did someone see it with the BIN box? Or is that just a clever ad in in the listing title?

WOW and the victim has 230 positive feedback so obviously no newbie. Hope he paid with a CC. If not will Ebay cover the lost funds? Hard to believe the ad for the 993 is still active. I flagged it as possibly fraudulent yesterday.

Hi,
The same car was advertised in a Canadian website last August.
I talked through email with presumed seller and told me that the car was in a garage in Alberta and offered me free shipping to Montreal for 18K.
The transaction would had to be done with Amazon financial services.
After investigating the serial number I noticed that the same car was in Porsche dealership for sale a week prior to the ad.
A total SCAM....it is always the same when it's too good to be true.
Best
